There comes a point in a woman’s life when she desires to settle down and build her nest. When marriage does come, she will want to become a mother. While it is not true in every case, most women want bear children because it completes them. And then the role of being a wife, woman, and mother become so happily entangled already that it becomes hard to tell one from the other.
Apart from the excitement of the wedding day, the next taxing thing that a woman will face is pregnancy. This event will involve all her faculties—mind, soul, emotions and most especially her body. The mom can then drink a specialized milk for moms, eat fruits and veggies, take the best prenatal vitamin and incorporate a lot of liquids and fiber in her diet. That would ensure the health of both mother and child. And don’t forget rest and sleep!
