I love going to the spa. It’s one of those luxuries I make sure I enjoy. With all the things I do regularly, I need to have at least one day to relax and rejuvenate and this I do in a spa. Aside from the whole body massage, I enjoy soaking myself in the hot tub.

Anyway, I was reading some stuff online this morning and I learned that the covers of hot tubs need to be replaced periodically because waterlogged hot tub covers actually promote the growth of bacteria. Aside from that, it can also increase your heating bill. When the hot tub cover becomes waterlogged, it won’t insulate correctly so it’s basically rendered useless.

So if you have a hot tub at home or if you are a spa owner, you might need to check your hot tub covers to make sure that they are not waterlogged. If they are, don’t think twice about looking for replacements. There are a lot of websites offering hot tub replacement covers.

I like the show Powerpuff Girls on Cartoon Network. And I especially like the intro that the girls were made out of sugar and spice and everything nice. They were just made powerful by Chemical X. I think that is so cute. The plot is so simple actually but it is so heartwarming and the stories are interesting to the kids (and also to this adult).

I, too, have two girls and I think that they are made of sugar and spice. They are very special and tender and very adorable. Eventually, the older one will be a teenager so I just relish this time that she may still be considered a child.

But I am also very much aware that someday I will eventually let her go little my little. It may be sooner than I think but she will go into high school and we will be thinking about crushes and prom dresses and then graduation. Time flies so fast. Even my little girl is now a toddler. Sigh…I must be getting really old and emotional. Haha It is just that I still have not gotten over the wonder and awe of pregnancy and giving birth and now my kids are growing up so fast that I can hardly catch up with them. Like any parent, I need parenting lessons to cope with … well, parenting, obviously. Haha…

I am happy for my children, but I do miss their being children.

I have an account with a social networking site and I am amazed at how proactive online sellers can be. Imagine they now create social networking accounts just to promote and sell their products. On top of that, they also use their accounts to transact with their customers and clients, even making online order forms. That’s taking online shopping to the next level!

Most of these online sellers have tagged me for their products and although most of the products look good, I am particularly interested in the weight loss pills that one seller is trying to promote. There are a lot of testimonials, some of which were given by professionals, so I’m assuming that the pills are effective.

I would love to try it but I have to consider the price, though. It seems kind of expensive. But then again, isn’t it that when it comes to such products, the most effective ones are usually the most expensive as well? Oh well, I am hoping so I won’t have to question my judgment once I buy the pills.
